Ilice B&B is glad to host you and shows you some important rules:
CHEK-IN
- Keys are released between 13.00 and 15.00 with the exception of particular needs. If you tell us your time and ways of arrival, we will welcome you in a better way avoiding awful waiting times.
- You can get in and out of the structure freely without following a timetable.
- Animals are not allowed.
- It’s forbidden inviting other people in the structure.
CHEK-OUT
- On the departure day, rooms must be left within 10 am to allow the tidying up for new guests.
- During your stay, rooms and bathrooms must be left within 11 am to allow the daily cleaning. On the contrary the daily cleaning will not be assured.
- Hygiene is recommended.
Please make use of the waste baskets to throw your rubbish.
BREAKFAST
- Breakfast is served between 7.30 am and 10 am. Please warn us eventual intolerances and food allergies.
- It’s forbidden preparing and eating food in your rooms.
RULES
- Smoking is not allowed in order to prevent fire and to avoid guests’ complaining.
- Keep silence between 22.00-8.00 and 14.00-16.00. In addition try to behave in order not to disturb other guests.
- Every damage must be refunded. Keys’ loss penalty amounts to €50.
